
Intertwined sausages
for a delicious breakfast
Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring. It can be delicious, as well as nourishing. Put some yogurt near the intertwined sausages and prepare yourself for a savory start of the day.
Dough:
Flour – 500g
Yeast
250-300ml warm milk
1 tbs of honey
5 spoons of oil
1 tbs of salt
Filling:
Fox sausages or wieners
1 egg
How to:
The dough is similar to the pizza one, but we add milk instead of water. Divide the dough in 2. Take the first piece of dough and stretch it on a 3-4mm paper.
Cut it in little squares equal to the length of the sausage piece. Put the dough over the sausage and cut it in several places.
Put the slices on one side and the other. Place baking paper on the tray. Put the whole thing in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then oil it with the scrambled egg and spread sesame seeds on it.
Put it in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
