Ingredients: pork (EU origin); pork dewlap; water; salt; spices and spice extracts (garlic, mustard seeds, sweet paprika); sugars: dextrose, lactose; acidity corrector: glucono-delta-lactone; antioxidant: sodium erithorbate; stabilizers: triphosphates; flavor enhancer: sodium  monoglutamate; aromas; smoke aroma; starter cultures; preservative: sodium  nitrite. Contains: lactose, mustard seeds. It may contain traces of: soy, celery, gluten, egg.

Storing temperature: 6-8°C.

Consumption method:  To be consumed after thermal treatment by roasting or frying.
