PEASANT-STYLE SMOKED SAUSAGES

You take them out of their packaging, mmm… they smell so good. You’re overwhelmed by the desire to taste them, so you cut some slices without being seen. The Germans may be renowned for their delicious sausages but this doesn’t mean that here, in Romania, you can’t find exceptional dishes. Us, we have the Fox traditional sausages which go very well in an English breakfast, with eggs, beans, buttered toast, tomatoes or mushrooms. Though, it’s best to test them on a well heated grill. Do you already feel their flavor?

Ingredients : pork ; pork dewlap; beef; water; genetically unmodified vegetal soy protein;  salt ; spices and aromas ; stabilizers: triphosphates; sugars: dextrose ; flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate; acidity corrector: glucono-delta-lactone; antioxidant: sodium erithorbate; animal protein; preservative: sodium  nitrite ; dye : carmine.

Contains : soy. It may contain traces of: mustard, celery, gluten, lactose, egg.

Storing temperature : 6-8°C

Consumption method :  to be consumed after thermal treatment by roasting or frying.

Sanitary-veterinary controlled product.
Product wrapped in protective atmosphere.
